  1. What We Store

    When you choose to use the relevant features, the app stores your nickname and profile image, check-in records, photos, points, and any location coordinates you choose to record on this device. Requests related to sign-in, Distant Echoes, feedback, inspiration submissions, Premium status verification, and basic usage analytics are sent to the CloudBase services used by Solo Breathe. Check-in photos are not uploaded to this service by default.

  2. Usage Data and Premium Status

    To understand feature usage, improve the experience, and diagnose issues, the app records a limited set of product events, such as opening the app, viewing Today, changing recommendation modes, refreshing recommendations, hiding an inspiration, starting or completing a check-in, and saving filter settings. Events may include an anonymous client ID, event time, app version, platform, Premium status, account status, and aggregate fields that don’t contain your written content. These events never include check-in note text, photo content, or precise location.

  3. Photos and Location

    Photos are stored on this device by default. Location is accessed only after you tap Select Location and grant permission, and is used only in that check-in. Simply browsing the app never causes your current location to be collected or uploaded.

  4. Custom Inspirations

    Inspirations you create are marked Custom and are for personal records only; they aren’t recommendations from Solo Breathe. Don’t enter another person’s sensitive information, and use your own judgment about activity and location safety.

  5. Storage and Deletion

    Check-in data and photos are stored primarily on your device. When automatic backup is enabled, backup files are stored in your private iCloud space and the app keeps only the latest three; this isn’t cloud sync that the developer can access. You can also back up and restore through Files or iCloud Drive, or import a local migration package from the WeChat Mini Program. Make your own backup before clearing on-device data. Uploaded feedback, inspiration submissions, Premium service requests, and basic usage events are stored in the developer’s backend for service delivery, product improvement, and troubleshooting. Contact the developer through Feedback if you need help with uploaded information.

  6. Online Services and Accounts

    Email registration, verification codes, sign-in, password recovery, Distant Echoes, feedback, and inspiration submissions use CloudBase online services. Account information and service requests are sent only as needed for each feature. Don’t include sensitive information such as government ID or bank card numbers in notes or submissions.

  7. Permissions and Third-Party Services

    Camera and Photos access are used only when you choose to take or select a photo. Location access is used only when you choose to record a location. Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases and restores are handled by Apple under its terms and privacy policy. We don’t use product events for advertising tracking, integrate third-party advertising analytics SDKs, use IDFA, or sell your personal information.
